Maybe not. But even if you don't like comic books/graphic novels (or whatever you prefer to call them) you have to admire the artistry, but also the talented people that come up with the crazy ideas and complex plots. This presentation by Jack Schultz discusses the relationships between stories in comics and how that manifests on the page, and how we as viewers look at them.It's well worth reading even if you aren't fanatical about comics.
