Following on from the question session yesterday...

There is one main reason Toyota are the riches car company in the world it seems its there questioning and research into the smallest of details... pioneers of the technique such as 5 whys (also known as fish bone or Ishikawa). I ended up in a conversation last night with someone who designs parts for Toyota and they mentioned the five 'Whys' so I have attached a few links if your interested below. Although I understand its based on car manufacturing...but also interesting I thought.
